Thanks for making my day!

I was kinda sick for the past two days . Feeling hungry, i dropped by KFC northpoint to have a lunch. Needless to say the clumsy me already damn clumsy…….. made worse by my fever, accidentally dropped my drink. Encountered an excellent service from one of the  KFC staff. Wanted to send a thank you note or something but didnt take note of the kind staff’s name. Nevertheless, i sent out the email to their webby and hopefully, she gets appreciated for being service-oriented.

“I would like to congrats on the excellent service that i have encountered on 23Dec08 12.30pm at Yishun Northpoint branch.

I have accidentally toppled a reg. coke spilling all over the floor. I approached one of the staff to inform her of the spillage and was requested to shift to another seat as they need to do clean up. All went well and I was surprised that the same kind lady offered me the coke, I initially wanted to decline for the kind offer as it was my mistake but her generosity won me over.
