Having dreams means being mentally healthy.

December 9, 2010

I have been deprived of having a proper sleep for many many years. It could be churning of the overworked brain cells which makes you unable to sleep properly or just the number of hours you get to sleep. The end effect of this is the inability to have dreams. Though i am not saying that having dreams means being mentally healthy…oops the title! But more accurately, having sufficient rest for your brain allows doing better mental tasks like talking coherently, ability to think in clear and concise manner, remember things where they should be and etc. And having dreams is a clear sign that you have getting that “enough” sleep.

Please note that this is not a researched topic and it is purely based on my own personal experience of a sleep deprived working slave.
